The renovation of the GOCIP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Building required isolation of the construction areas from ongoing manufacturing operations. CIC acted as General Contractor and scope included demolitions, construction of a new granulation, blending, tablet press, coating, solution prep, weighing rooms and support areas.
CIC is a GSK Resident Contractor. Major facility expansions included a new Laboratory Building, new Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Areas with Clean Rooms for GSK Blockbuster Prescription Products, Warehouses and Infrastructure improvements.

The scope of work included the renovation of 400 rooms, common areas and the east wing building exterior shell. CIC executed the project in phases without interrupting normal hotel operations with a perfect safety record and on schedule. Year completed: 2014
A Design-Build project that consisted of three aging warehouses with a total of 78,000 SF,entirely constructed of precast concrete with wall panels, double “T” roof panels and columns. Our team compared different building structure options and the Full Precast Concrete Buildings were the best alternative; as a result, Bacardi saved around $2 million.
A new 10-story apartment building complex with 107 units of 1-3 rooms, parking area, laundry room, recreational room and fitness center. Partially funded by the HOME program this building was part of efforts to promote social integration for families with low or moderate incomes and reactivate the economy of urban centers.
