PRBA Social Impact Development Award

The Puerto Rico Builders Association awarded our construction project Palacio Dorado Social Impact Development of the Year during their Annual Convention, an event that celebrates construction developments that move Puerto Rico forward in an efficient and livable way.

Palacio Dorado was an affordable housing development for seniors citizens of 62+ years. The construction project included six buildings with 103 units of 1-bedroom with access to private outdoor space, either in the form of a balcony or ground-level patio. The buildings are arranged around a central courtyard which contributes an area for casual encounters between residents and a place to gather and build a real sense of community.

The scope of work also include a fitness center, a community room, a library, a computer lab, property management offices and an underground garage with 52 parking spaces.
