The Barclay White/CIC Construction Group joint venture performed this fast track project for Wyeth as an expansion of the parental production building, increasing capacity of existing utility systems. Much of the construction was required to be completed within the existing operational facility.
A new 10-story apartment building complex with 107 units of 1-3 rooms, parking area, laundry room, recreational room and fitness center. Partially funded by the HOME program this building was part of efforts to promote social integration for families with low or moderate incomes and reactivate the economy of urban centers.
Club Meliá, at Coco Beach, in Rio Grande, the largest vacation club in Puerto Rico, completed in 2009, at a cost of $55M. Scope included 135 studios and one bedroom apartments, pool area and a 30,000 SF building for sales and marketing offices, meeting areas, VIP Lounge, Fitness Center and Retail areas.
Design-Build. The scope of work included the construction of two (2) buildings for the storage and distribution of food, which will occupy an area of 456,000 SF.
